0:00 Your move. Made visible.

The Safebound Space Check title card introduces a move made visible. It presents the three-part path: build a list, explore the space, and compare a quote.

On screen: SEE IT BEFORE MOVING DAY · Your move. Made visible. · Build your list. Explore your space. Compare your quote.

0:05 Know what fits. Plan your move.

A phone view explains cubic footage as length by width by height. The one-bedroom example shows 585 ft³ of item inventory and a rounded planning display of about 600 ft³, with Build, See, and Compare as the three useful views.

On screen: SPACE, MADE VISIBLE · Know what fits. Plan your move. · WHAT 1 CUBIC FOOT MEANS · 1 ft × 1 ft × 1 ft · RAW INVENTORY 585 ft³ · TRUCK SPACE ~600 ft³ · Build → See → Compare · 585 ft³ → ~600 ft³

0:11 Start with what you own.

The phone loads a one-bedroom starting list with 54 items. Quantities can be changed with plus and minus controls or by typing an exact count; the same editable inventory feeds Build, Truck, Check, and Talk.

On screen: BUILD YOUR INVENTORY · Start with what you own. · ONE EDITABLE INVENTORY · 54 items · START WITH A ROOM · 1 bedroom · CHANGE ONE PIECE · + / − · ONE LIST, EVERYWHERE · Build → Truck → Check → Talk · RAW SPACE RECALCULATES

0:17 Photograph a room. Review each piece.

A room photo is reviewed as visible furniture and cartons. The example identifies ten pieces—six furniture or packed items, two medium boxes, and two large boxes—before confirmation; manual entry remains available for missed items and hidden spaces.

On screen: ADD FROM PHOTOS · Photograph a room. Review each piece. · PHOTO WORKFLOW · Photo → Review → Confirm · THE SAME ROOM · 10 pieces · 6 furniture and packed items · 2 medium boxes · 2 large boxes

0:29 Your room. One editable list.

Confirmed photo findings join the existing list: 45 items from other rooms plus ten reviewed photo pieces make 55 items. Furniture, packed items, and box quantities remain individually editable and carry into the truck, quote check, and assistant.

On screen: PHOTO TO INVENTORY · Your room. One editable list. · CONFIRMED INVENTORY · 55 items · Photo + preset + manual · Medium box × 2 · Large box × 2 · Build → Truck → Check → Talk

0:35 Bring in your written quote.

The mobile Check flow accepts a PDF upload or pasted quote text. A fictional written quote shows 400 ft³ beside the inventory-backed plan; the quote stays evidence for review and its items are not imported automatically.

On screen: PASTE OR UPLOAD · Bring in your written quote. · SAMPLE WRITTEN QUOTE · 400 ft³ · Upload → Review → Compare · 400 ft³ quote / ~600 ft³ plan

0:45 Ask a question. Update your list.

The assistant answers a plain-language question about cubic feet, then receives a request to add two medium boxes. The verified result changes the list from 55 to 57 items and the raw total from 537 to 549 ft³, while the rounded planning display remains about 600 ft³.

On screen: SAFEBOUND ASSISTANT · Ask a question. Update your list. · PLAIN-LANGUAGE ANSWER · ft³ measures volume · Ask → Understand → Update · Add 2 medium boxes · 55 → 57 items · 537 → 549 ft³ · planning display ~600 ft³

1:03 Every path. One editable list.

The app consolidates manual edits, reviewed photo pieces, and the assistant update into one 57-item source. The 400 ft³ written quote remains separate; the current raw total is 549 ft³ and the planning display is about 600 ft³.

On screen: ONE INVENTORY · Every path. One editable list. · 45 + 10 + 2 = 57 items · RAW ITEM TOTAL 549 ft³ · TRUCK SPACE ~600 ft³

1:08 Start fast. Make it exact.

A fresh one-bedroom preset opens a truck plan, then the phone returns to Build for exact customization. Search adds two loveseats, a custom list reaches 56 items and 725 ft³, and a reviewed pasted list reaches 59 items and 755 ft³; the planning display is about 800 ft³.

On screen: BUILD YOUR WAY · Start fast. Make it exact. · FRESH ONE-BEDROOM PRESET · 54 items · 585 ft³ · Preset → Truck → Build · SEARCH + EXACT COUNT · 2 loveseats · CUSTOM LIST 56 items · 725 ft³ · PASTE, REVIEW, CONFIRM · 59 items · 755 ft³

1:25 See the pack. From every angle.

On desktop, the 59-item load replays into a 26-foot truck. The viewer selects a box to inspect its position and size, orbits the 26-foot and 53-foot models, and opens side doors 180 degrees and rear doors 270 degrees.

On screen: WATCH AND INSPECT · See the pack. From every angle. · WATCH IT LOAD · 59 items · 26-foot truck · INSPECT THE LOAD · Box 1 → Box 2 · EXPLORE BOTH MODELS · 26-foot → 53-foot · Side doors 180° · rear doors 270°

2:00 Choose a truck. Keep a real plan.

The desktop rental view shows a 16-foot truck placing 58 of 59 requested items; the rug needs another load. The user reviews a 22-foot next rental and sees guidance to plan additional loads or use a professional mover beyond the 26-foot capacity.

On screen: VIEWS, DOORS, CAPACITY · Choose a truck. Keep a real plan. · 16-FOOT RENTAL · 59 requested · 58 placed · The rug needs another load · 16-foot → 22-foot · Plan additional loads

2:27 Turn weight into a space check.

The phone enters a written quote of 4,200 lb and $3,250. The app shows 4,200 divided by 7 as 600 ft³, compares it with the saved 59-item plan at about 800 ft³, reports 75% coverage, and adds the reviewed quote without replacing the inventory.

On screen: CHECK A WEIGHT QUOTE · Turn weight into a space check. · WRITTEN QUOTE · 4,200 lb · $3,250 · 4,200 ÷ 7 = 600 ft³ · SAVED INVENTORY · 59 items · ~800 ft³ · QUOTE COVERAGE · 75% covered · Quote 1 joins the plan

2:39 See the price. Read what changes.

The desktop Quotes workflow compares two fictional source-linked quotes. Both state 900 ft³, but their packing scope differs; the displayed prices are $5,240 and $5,780, a stated $540 difference rather than a like-for-like saving. The source clause and review questions can be reopened.

On screen: COMPARE SOURCE-LINKED QUOTES · See the price. Read what changes. · SIDE-BY-SIDE · $5,240 · $5,780 · Both sample quotes state 900 ft³ · $540 stated difference · Read the source

2:55 Keep the plan. Review before sending.

The phone saves a 59-item plan with one quote, previews and restores its 26-foot-truck backup, then reviews a generated public-link message. The text draft is ready but not sent; call, text, email, and website contact choices remain visible.

On screen: SAVE, RESTORE, SHARE · Keep the plan. Review before sending. · SAVED ON THIS DEVICE · 59 items · 1 quote · Save → Preview → Restore · Public link created · Ready, not sent · Call · Text · Email · Website

3:09 Choose your view. Find the next step.

Preferences switch the app to Dark and Spanish, enable Always minimize motion, and reopen the five-step welcome tour. The guides area offers quote help and a worksheet; Settings also exposes install, privacy, and saved-document options.

On screen: PREFERENCES AND GUIDES · Choose your view. Find the next step. · APPEARANCE + LANGUAGE · Dark · Español · Always minimize motion · Replay the five-step tour · Quote help + worksheet · Install · Privacy · Saved documents

3:23 Know Your Space.

The closing card returns to Space, Made Visible: Know Your Space. It leaves the viewer with the inventory, evidence, and move as one reviewable plan.

On screen: SPACE, MADE VISIBLE · Know Your Space. · Your inventory. Your evidence. Your move.

Try it with your own move

Build and review your own inventory, then use the same plan to explore truck space or compare a written quote. Modeled planning totals and sample quotes in this video are not measurements or final moving estimates.
